The Philadelphia Eagles (6-2) are heading into Week 10’s matchup against the Dallas Cowboys (3-5) looking healthy after kicking this week’s practice off banged up.
Everyone on Wednesday’s initial injury report practiced in full on Friday, including wide receivers A.J. Brown (knee) and DeVonta Smith (hamstring).
Head coach Nick Sirianni did accidentally admit that quarterback Jalen Hurts was battling an ankle injury but that was not listed on the injury report.
Eagles Week 10 Injury Report Observations
For the third straight year, Dallas Goedert is making his injury return against the Cowboys.
The Eagles are said to have dodged a serious injury with wide receiver A.J. Brown after he exited last week’s win early.
Cornerback Darius Slay missed last week’s matchup with a groin injury, so it’s good to see him back this week.
Wide receiver DeVonta Smith’s hamstring is new. He missed one game this season due to a concussion.
Outside linebacker Josh Sweat leads the defense with 5 sacks, so it’s great news that the Eagles won’t be without him.
It looks like the Eagles won’t have to worry about their left tackle position after all with Fred Johnson available.
Inside linebacker Ben VanSumeren suffered a concussion in Week 9 and is the only player listed as questionable heading into Sunday.
The Eagles signed rookie linebacker Dallas Gant to the practice squad earlier this week for emergency depth.
The team also released fourth-string quarterback Will Grier and signed edge rusher Tarron Jackson to the practice squad in his place.
