Join The Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation For A Night Of Conservation, Community, & Celebration

In a world where wildlife conservation faces increasing challenges, the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation (RMEF) stands as a beacon of hope. Join us for a night dedicated to preserving our natural heritage and protecting vital elk habitats. This upcoming banquet promises not only food and fellowship but also an opportunity to make a significant impact together.

RMEF Banquet Event
Join us to celebrate and support elk conservation.

On Friday, May 30, 2025, the doors will open at 5 p.m. at Gillette, WY, in the CAM-PLEX Frontier Hall. This exciting event marks a remarkable year for RMEF as they invested $7.8 million into conservation efforts across Wyoming. With the support of passionate individuals, RMEF led to the enhancement of over 15,000 acres of elk habitat, increased public hunting access, and partnered with landowners to protect significant wildlife corridors.

The evening will be more than just a gathering; it’s a celebration of shared dedication and purpose. Attendees will enjoy dinner and drinks, participate in live and silent auctions, and have the chance to win exciting raffle prizes. This is a perfect opportunity to connect with Wyoming's hunting and outdoor community, where insights and experiences are exchanged, and new friendships can be formed.

Every ticket sold contributes directly to ongoing conservation efforts, ensuring that elk country thrives for years to come. The RMEF is calling upon both seasoned hunters and newly interested community members to come together and support the mission of conservation. Sponsorship opportunities, donations, and volunteer positions are open for those who want to play an active role in wildlife preservation.

The RMEF emphasizes that every great cause requires a community of great people. Whether through financial support or hands-on involvement, every action counts in protecting the landscapes that are home to these magnificent creatures.

As we prepare for this meaningful event, we invite you to join in the commitment to elk conservation. Will you be part of a future where wildlife thrives and outdoor traditions continue? Your presence at the banquet not only celebrates what has been achieved but also paves the way for future successes.

We encourage everyone to share their thoughts about wildlife conservation, hunting traditions, or the event itself in the comments below. Let’s come together, celebrate our achievements, and inspire further action!
