The Chicago Blackhawks are slowly looking past the rebuild process and are looking to build around their franchise talent, Connor Bedard. Well, there’s been a question on a lot of people’s minds about the young superstar.

On the NHL Network’s X page, they asked the question if Connor Bedard could be a 30-goal scorer this season.

The last Blackhawk to do it was Alex DeBrincat, who is currently on the Ottawa Senators. The last Chicago Blackhawk to score at least 30 goals in a season was Alex DeBrincat in 2021-22.

Will Connor Bedard reach 30 goals next season?

The answer is yes. He could’ve done it last year, in fact. If Connor hadn’t gotten hurt, he would’ve had 14 more games under his belt, which could’ve been used to propel him over the 30-goal mark.

It would’ve been hard last year too because he didn’t have too much, if any help at all. This year, he’ll have Teuvo Teravainen, Tyler Bertuzzi, and a couple more he could work with.

He has more tools, and if he plays a full season, he could probably score 35+.
