Amid the Philadelphia Eagles’ winning 12-2 season, there appeared some issues within the team as wide receiver AJ Brown expressed his frustration with the passing game. As his comment was widely linked to Jalen Hurts not targeting him during the game, the quarterback shut down all or any speculations about locker room troubles.

The Eagles are coming off an impressive 14-point feat against Super Bowl-contending Pittsburgh Steelers at 27-13. But the highlight from the night was the two-time Pro Bowler’s post-game response to the media after recording his second-best 290 passing yards of his season.

So, that’s what y’all wanted to see, huh? I’ve always said and believed that you want to make sure that all of your tools are sharp when you need them, so when it’s time to use them, you can go. I don’t think there’s a doubt in that. I think, frankly, there’s an effort there.

In the statement win of Week 15, Hurts completed 25-of-32 for 290 yards and two touchdowns along with the second-best pass accuracy at 78.1%.

Additionally, both the star wide receivers Brown and DeVonta Smith recorded over 100 receiving yards and a touchdown catch. With this ten-game winning streak, they are now set to face all three divisional rivals in the final three weeks of the season.

Domonique Foxworth questions Jalen Hurts’ humility amid Eagles’ success

As much as the Eagles quarterback tried to paint the stellar Week 15 game as a comeback, Domonique Foxworth is not convinced. During the recent episode of ESPN’s Get Up, the former NFL cornerback criticized Hurts for benefitting from his “pretty privilege” before pointing out that he seems to copy the style of the Buffalo Bills’ star Josh Allen

Drawing a comparison to Allen, the sports analyst highlighted that despite being a Super Bowl favorite and MVP frontrunner, the Bills quarterback remained humble, whereas Hurts didn’t hold back from gloating in front of the media with a thick silver chain around his neck.

Nonetheless, with the latest win, the Eagles improved to 12-2, tying the Detroit Lions and Minnesota Vikings for the best record in the NFC.
