“He’ll make my job easier”- Steve Kerr deems star player Steph Curry an excellent fit for 2024 Paris Olympics

This summer, Steph Curry is among the many high-level NBA stars who’ll be competing in the 2024 Summer Olympics. Ahead of international play, his Golden State Warriors and USA coach talked about having his presence on the roster.

Following a subpar performance in the FIBA World Cup, Steve Kerr will look to earn turn Team USA a medal in the Olympic games. Among the superstars he’ll have at his disposal is Curry, a star he knowns all too well.

During a recent interview, Kerr opened up on having Steph Curry on the roster in Paris. He feels having his superstar guard on the roster will make his life easier as a coach.

“He’s a great fit in any league in the world, the best shooter in the world,” Kerr said. “He fits perfectly in this kind of challenge where you’re trying to develop continuity.”

“I know he’ll make my job easier because he’ll talk to the other guys about my tendencies.”

Aside from Curry, some of the other names on Team USA’s roster for the Olympics includes LeBron James, Kevin Durant, Joel Embiid and Jayson Tatum. The games are set to begin on July 26 and run through the middle of August.
