Experts affirm that black holes don’t actually swallow light, matter, or energy. Instead, they warp and twist the fabric of spacetime when an excessive amount of mass is compressed into such a small space.
As reported by CBS News, light can be observed near black holes because this region of the universe genuinely bends space and is capable of bending light.
According to Science Alert, one of the world’s foremost physicists has put forth a remarkable theory explaining why black holes don’t consume light, matter, or energy. Leonard Susskind, one of the founders of string theory, has stated in a series of documents that black holes evolve by increasing complexity from within. In other words, they develop inwardly rather than outwardly.
Leonard Susskind’s perspective is indeed worth considering. Of course, this research is a theoretical proposition and is challenging to verify or refute through browsing.
Current researchers intend to create a three-dimensional picture of the environment surrounding black holes and continue utilizing specialized space observatories to advance their studies.
