Jets Coach Calls Out Unfair Advantage Amidst AFC East QB Turmoil

The Buffalo Bills secured a commanding victory against the Jacksonville Jaguars on Monday night, leading 34-3 at halftime. Quarterback Josh Allen expressed satisfaction with his team’s performance, emphasizing their focus and hard work during the extended time between games.

Allen’s teammates, cornerback Cameron Lewis and guard David Edwards, were effusive in their praise for their quarterback. Lewis confidently declared Allen the best quarterback in the league, while Edwards highlighted Allen’s exceptional throwing ability and predicted his place among the all-time greats.

Following Skylar Thompson’s chest injury in Week 3, the Miami Dolphins are evaluating their quarterback options. Head coach Mike McDaniel acknowledged the importance of the next 48 hours in determining the best course of action.

McDaniel emphasized the need to assess Thompson’s progress while also engaging with the rest of the quarterbacks on the roster. He stressed the importance of open communication with players and coaches to navigate the uncertainty surrounding the quarterback position.

The New York Jets are grappling with one of the league’s most demanding schedules, characterized by international travel, short weeks, and numerous primetime games. Head coach Robert Saleh acknowledged the challenges posed by the schedule but stressed the importance of a relentless work ethic.

Saleh emphasized that the focus should be on attacking each day to ensure optimal performance on Sundays, irrespective of external factors. He believes that navigating the early-season challenges will benefit the team in the long run.
